For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover.

We also offer CareCredit. This service is a dedicated health care credit arrangement available for three, six, or twelve month periods. With this program, our office pays the interest charges and your obligation is to stay current with your monthly payments to the CareCredit company.

Our practice also works with the GreenSky Patient Solutions® Program, which offers flexible financing to meet your dental and oral surgery needs for either treatments and procedures that are not covered by insurance, or to cover your deductibles.

Payment Policies

We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage. It is very rare for an insurance company to cover 100% of all fees.

We will send you a monthly statement. Insurance companies are obligated to respond within two to four weeks. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan but that must be implemented prior to the actual procedure.
